D. Javier Hernani



Javier Hernani is CEO of Bolsas y Mercados Españoles, Sociedad Holding de Mercados y Sistemas Financieros, S.A., since April 2017. Under his leadership, the company has engaged in a profound organizational and strategic change aimed at repositioning BME in the international sphere. This process has led BME to join forces with Six Group AG, a merger with the purpose of creating a world leader in the industry. He served as General Manager of BME from December 2012 to April 2017, with the specific role of coordinating the action of business units and corporate areas. Fernando Ruiz, has been President of Deloitte in Spain since June 2009 and a member of its world Executive Committee. He was graduated in Economic Sciences from the "Universidad Autónoma" University of Madrid, Fernando Ruiz began his professional career at Arthur Andersen in 1980 and in 1992 he was appointed partner. José Carlos García de Quevedo Ruíz has a Degree in Economic and Business Sciences from the Complutense University of Madrid and a Commercial Technician and State Economist. JESÚS SÁNCHEZ-QUIÑONES has a degree in Business Administration and Management from ICADE and a Master in Tax and Economic Studies from CECO (Madrid Chamber of Commerce). Lola Solana joined Banco Santander in 1989. She has managed Santander Small Caps Spain since its creation in 2004, a pioneering fund in our country, focusing on small and medium-capitalization companies. It is the only fund that, since its launch, maintains this philosophy and has been managed by the same person. Lola also manages Santander Small Caps Europe, Santander AM European Equities Opportunities and Santander Acçoes Portugal. Likewise, she also manages the equity portion of the Santander Sustainable range and the Santander Equality Shares fund. In recent years, Lola has received several awards, including the Citywire award for best Spanish equity manager in 2019, 2018 and 2017 and the Expansión-Allfunds award for the best Spanish equity fund and the A Fondo magazine by El Economista as the best Spanish variable income manager. In 2015 he held the position of General Director of ELKARGI SGR, the first guarantee company in the entire State. In 2017, he returned to the SIDENOR GROUP, after the MBO operation carried out, where he currently holds the position of Corporate General Manager.

Raúl Gómez Merino, born in Portugalete, Vizcaya, in 1975. Graduated in Business Studies from the University of the Basque Country, He holds a Master in Finance from the same university and certified as Chartered Financial Analyst –CFA-. After a professional period in the field of investment management, he joined Vidrala in 2005. In these fifteen years of career at Vidrala, he has served as head of investor relations and chief financial officer. In 2011 he was appointed CFO, CFO, currently in charge of the financial, purchasing, logistics and information systems areas.
