Carla Díaz Álvarez de Toledo has served as Director-General for Treasury and Financial Policy since February 2024. She holds a degree in Business Administration from ICADE and is a member of Spain’s Senior Corps of State Economists and Trade Experts. She is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing the State’s financial policy, including financial regulation, public debt management, treasury operations, and the general payment system.
