Mr Juan Flames holds a Bachelor's degree in Law and Business Administration (E3) from the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE). Since November 15, 2024, he is Chief Executive Officer of BME and Head BME Exchanges. He will also be appointed member of the Board of Directors of the regulated markets of the BME Group (Sociedad Rectora de la Bolsa de Valores de Madrid, Barcelona, Bilbao and Valencia, Bolsas y Mercados Españoles Renta Fija and MEFF Sociedad Rectora del Mercado de Productos Derivados) and of Sociedad de Bolsas. Until that date he has been Vice Chairman Capital Markets EMEA, Investment Banking Division, at Barclays Bank Europe, to whose group he has worked since September 2010 and in which he has successively held the positions of Head of Risk Solutions Group Iberia, Co-Head of Debt Capital Markets and Risk Solutions Group Southern Europe, Banking Division, and Head of Risk Solutions Group EMEA, Investment Banking Division, at Barclays Bank plc. Previously, he worked at Goldman Sachs International, where he held Various roles in financing and risk management covering banks, corporates and public sector clients in Iberia From March 2018 to March 2024 he was Trustee/Chair of Finance and Fundraising Committee of One World Media.

Enrique López Pérez holds a Technical Engineering degree in Management Computing and a Higher Engineering degree in Computer Science from the University of Valladolid. He also earned an MBA from Thales University in Paris. His professional career is marked by extensive experience in the technology, defense, and corporate development sectors, having held senior leadership roles in prominent national and international companies. He spent over a decade at Thales Group, where he held various executive positions, including General Manager of Business Services and General Manager of Defense Services for Thales Spain. He also served as Global Corporate Key Account Manager for the Telefónica Group within Thales. Later, he joined the Everis Group, where he worked for eleven years. There, he was a partner and the founder and CEO of Everis Aerospace and Defense. He also served as a board member of several technology companies in the defense and security sector, such as Herta Security, Ibetor, SCR, Simumak, ISID, and Embention. From 2020 to 2022, he was part of the Zelenza Group as a board member and Vice President of Corporate Development. Since November 2022, he has been the Chief Executive Officer of Grupo Amper, where he previously served as a proprietary board member. In addition to his professional achievements, he is a trustee of the Eusebio Sacristán Foundation. He is fluent in English and Portuguese, which has facilitated his involvement in international projects within multicultural business environments. His profile reflects a strong combination of executive leadership, strategic vision, technical expertise, and a deep commitment to innovation, defense, and digital transformation.

María Romero Paniagua has a degree in Economics from the University of Alcalá de Henares, an Extraordinary End of Career Award and a master's degree in Banking and Finance from Afi Global Education. He has spent his entire professional career at Afi, where he has been part of various areas. She began her career in 2007 in the area of Banking and Insurance, specializing in monitoring the Spanish mortgage market, and since 2009 she has been responsible for the analysis of the Spanish real estate sector at Afi. In 2011, he became part of the area of Economic and Market Analysis, dealing with monitoring the situation of the Spanish economy. In his last phase with the company, he was part of the Applied Economics area, where his main responsibilities focused on the management and coordination of projects of various kinds, including the analysis of the labor market and the pension system, the analysis of the dependency system, the evaluation of public policies, the analysis of the economic situation of the Autonomous Communities and the behavior of Spanish households during the past financial crisis. Ángel Benito Benito was born in Guadalajara in October 1961. He holds a degree in Business Studies from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and a Master's degree in Financial Management and Management Control from the Instituto de Empresa (1993). In addition, he has taken several specialised courses in market supervision at international organisations. Since May 2021, he has held the position of Director General of Markets at the CNMV. Previously, he was a director of the CNMV between January 2017 and April 2021, and had already served as Director General of Markets between 2000 and January 2017.
